back office, training and compliance. This sector falls into two
areas: Commercial and Personal Lines business.
Insurance Sector Positions will typically include:
- Customer Service. Min one years exp dealing with the public face
to face and by telephone. New and existing policy queries: policy
amendments. Team player, good communicator, PC skills. Working front
office. Career progression
- Claims Handler. Min two years broker exp, including commercial
and personal. Can include fleet, liability, property, motor. Taking ownership of
client cases so one point of contact. Liaising with other departments
and major insurers
- Commercial Underwriter. Underwriting risks from designated panel
of intermediaries. Underwriting new and existing business. Accuracy,
working to deadlines. Liaising with other depts and third parties.
Must hold or be working for ACII qualifications. PC skills
- Loss Adjuster. Min three years exp. Must hold CILA, CII or RICS
qualifications. Liaising with policyholders and Insurers. Ownership of cases.
Attention to detail.
- Insurance Administrator. Min one years exp. Working back office in
Claims Department. Good PC skills, and accuracy. Team player. Career
progression.
